At Bonsho, all of our products are made to order and 3D printed especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email address] with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item or colour, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve this for you promptly.
Please Note
- All items are made to order — please allow 3-5 working days for printing and dispatch before shipping
- Colours may vary slightly from renders shown due to the nature of 3D printing
- We are unable to cancel orders once printing has begun
